Nothing can beat not just real ginger juice but ginger pieces. I can't see myself buying any other non alcoholic ginger beer ever. I do actually agree that a twist top crown closure would be better, I am tired of going to the pub/club and having the guy open the bottle without inverting, with a twist top at least I could screw the thing back on to invert the bottle
