Sympatico is a collaboration between Stone Pine Distillery and Badlands Brewery, and has two aroma hops, Motueka and Lemon Drop in the botanical recipe. The hop aromatics combine beautifully with the Juniper, Coriander, Lemon Myrtle and Angelica to create a balanced Gin, which is equally happy in a Martini or G&T.
