I would recommend this to a friend!
My favourite mezcal. Silky smooth as you roll it across your tongue with vanilla and floral notes followed by a lingering smokey flavour. Great by it self or in a mezcal Mule or pomelo coctail.

Thought I would try this after discovering the joys of mezcal and high end tequila. I also tried Estancia Raicilla which is excellent. This Sotol makes an amazing Old fashioned and is well worth your money.

Senor Sotol brings together 3 different Daisylirion plants to convert the best flavours of each into this amazing spirit. Despite having the funky notes of traditional Sotol, this ensamble has a strong personality of flavour and complexity but shows it in a smooth and gentle way. The smoke, wood, pine wood, cactus sugars, leather, peppermint, tobacco, cacao, vanilla and dry spices are prevalent.
Aroma: leather, cooked cactus, pepper, chocolate, smoke and dry fruit.
Mouth: cooked cactus, leather with hints of tobacco leaf, roasted timber, roasted cacao, smooth and round body with a peach and vanilla sweetness.
Finish: fresh peppermint, fresh mint followed by dark chocolate and savoury smoke.
