Kumquats can be a polarising flavour. We’ve not toned down the Kumquat in this Gin. Instead, we have let home grown Kumquats steep for a few weeks to give a gorgeous colour and tang from the skins. A lovely acid line comes through this Gin, pairing the Juniper and other Australian botanicals beautifully. Kumquat has a lovely, instantly recogniseable flavour, we’ve balanced this with having the harmony of the other botanicals alongside it. If you love kumquat marmalade, you’ll love this one!
