Dry, medium alcohol, medium-bodied with a hint of viscosity (from short oak treatment?), medium to fresh acidity, subtle pineapple and citrus on the palate and moderate persistence. Pleasant enough, just not enough character and intensity; cannot compare to Soave produced by the likes of Pieropan, Suavia, Inama and Prà ... but then again, this wine is at a completely different price point.

Garganega
A blend of 90% garganega and 10% trebbiano di soave grown in premium vineyards in the classico region in the north east of Verona. Soft pressing and short skin contact lead to a very short time in oak.
Pale yellow with golden hues; delicate fruity aromas; dry and balanced with good minerality and a lingering bitter- almond finish.
