Pot Distilled in the hinterland rainforest, Sunshine & Sons Pineapple Parfait Gin has all of the aromas of the 1970's Big Pineapple Parfait Desert; Pineapple, strawberry, passionfruit and coconut with a smooth crème Brule feel of vanilla tapered lift. On the palate it is very pretty, aromatic and bursting with tropical fruits. Soft, perfumed, very textured, silky, jelly like structure, powerful Sunshine Coast flavours with floating fusions of Pineapple and passionfruit.
