The little balls pop in your mouth when you bite them releasing a 40% alcohol burst of finger lime gin which is different to the gin they are suspended in. A medley of Hawkesbury grown citrus Kaffir Lime, Tahitian lime leaves and Navelina orange makes this a gin experience like no other. Complex in its craft, but incredibly simple to enjoy as the perfect G and T. The bottle is mesmerising to look at and is often referred to as like a gin snowdome.
