I would recommend this to a friend!
The Ethereal One Vermentino.
Well this did challenge the guests as to figure out what the style was.
Nope, none were able to pick correctly.
Advantage - The Ethereal One Vermentino.
Great taste on the palate, finishing with zest.
Home made Porcini Mushroom Rosotto.

I would recommend this to a friend!
I was after a nice white during a rare winter craving (staunch red drinker during the chilly months). Was on a tight budget and was intrigued by the label…boy am I glad I found this!
It is light and crisp, but somehow melts like butter in the mouth. Would be just as beautiful served icy cold in summer as it is warm and inviting in winter.
I didn’t have high expectations but it blew me out of the water, as it did my friend the very same night.
Will be adding to my regular roster for sure!
