Ethereal, complex aromas of rose petals and white strawberry, with soda and ozone characters. These high notes blend with subtle aromas of fresh baked brioche, rose hip and the sweet smell of briar. The palate is pure elegance, the epitome of Tasmanian Pinot Noir expressed as Turkish delight, strawberries and raspberries. These blend harmoniously with a fine, creamy texture and richness in the mid-palate, adorned by delicate roasted almond nougat from time on yeast lees. Barrel fermentation adds an extra layer of complexity, fine tannin texture and lovely fresh, natural acidity takes the palate to a lingering, refreshing finish.
