Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
A complex nose, with chamomile, brioche, and an attractive aldehyde. The palate is dry. Fresh and balanced, showing intense lemon, green apple and hazelnut flavours. It's beautifully balanced, finishing long, persistent, and slightly chalky. With the older base wines, and greater blending options, Polly gets better with every release.
