Honey: Mixed Forest blossom from the southwest Appearance: Great clarity Light straw in colour and medium carbonation which disappears over a short period of time Aroma: Large floral and light citrus notes Taste: Light and floral with noticeable honey sweetness this mead is on the drier side allowing this 6% mead to be a winner in all seasons.
