Cyser is a Mead and cider hybrid, we use apple juice and honey to produce a light easy to drink mead with a hint of apple tartness and a floral note from both the honey and apple. Honey: Mixed Forest blossom from the southwest. Fruit: Local WA pressed Apple Juice. Appearance: Great clarity with very light greenish-yellow tinge and medium carbonation. Aroma: light apple and floral notes from the honey. Taste: a light Blend of apple and honey well balanced to not have either outshine the other. Naturally Gluten Free
