Hennessy is the best! And Dan Murphy is affordable Highly recommended, plenty of help around If need too!

Not smooth enough for my liking. Compared it to a Meukow VSOP and would choose Meukow any day of the week.

Let it breath for a while in an appropriate glass then sip at room temperature. Great taste, subtle and smooth. Very impressive.

Very beautiful Cognac with amazing depth and flavour. Warming with bold caramel and peach flavours. Wonderful as an aperitif or a beautiful after dinner treat

This is an excellent example of a fine VSOP spirit at a price that most who are looking for one can afford. This one, I would wholeheartedly recommend. Just know that there are even finer spirits but at a much higher price point. Serving suggestion would be neat, after a heavy hearty meal, with your favourite cigar.

Hennessy has always been controversial for many cognac drinkers but the VSOP really is deserving of its reputation. There is a very beautiful arrangement of oak aged spices and grape here that other brands despite being more value friendly and matured just don't give me the same feeling as this one does. It's very much the coke of cognacs u know what you're getting and it's a taste that u can't mistake due to its iconic harmonious blend. I'll drink this til I'm wrinklier than the grapes I consume.
