Salinger Vintage has gained much acclamation for rivaling some of the best French sparlkings currently on the market. This Vintage has a complex bouquet yet is clean and refreshing, recommended for any occasion.

Ever since visiting Seppelts vineyard and seeing how this iconic Australian sparkling wine is made and tasting it I have been a huge fan. Its way better than many sparkling wines twice the price. Great value for money. WIth all the French champagnes always on sale I've found them hit & miss. If you want consistent well priced sparkling, this is the one to pick!

Ok, I am impressed. Love the explosion of mousse in the mouth, reminds me of Chrurchills Favorite... You know what i am talkin' 'bout... Not many Aussie Pinot/Chards mange to nail that, it's fairly unique and the mark of a good methode champenoise. The mousse is not quite as fine as others from the northern hemisphere, but still very satisfying. Nose is fresh, palate complex, nutty, creamy and full. Finish is long and smooth as one would expect. Most enjoyable, and at this price a great deal. Blindfolded your guests are drinking tri couleur.....
