Great nose. First taste is a huge acid hit that will pucker your mouth. But it settles down with a bit of breathing and drinking. Opens out into beautiful tropical fruits: passionfruit, pineapple, guava etc. Becomes very morish. Bone dry. One of the nicest SB I've had in the past year.

We had this wine at a BBQ on the weekend. The girls loved it. Really crisp and fresh and not sweet like other Savvies I've had. Great value too!

Enjoying this delightfully clean crisp refreshing wine with Australian lamb shank rogan josh. There is no bitter after taste making, which makes it a beautiful accompaniment with the rich complexities of Indian cuisine. This is by far a fantastic wine for it's price range, and indead a great achievement for this winemaker. I would highly recommend this wine to elite Indian restauranteurs in any major domestic and international cities.
