I would recommend this to a friend!
Bought this particular Baijiu recently and I am really enjoying it. It has a mixture of savoury and slightly sweet and doesn’t burn while swallowing despite it being 43% alcohol. Made a Sichuanese dish to have with it and it’s a very pleasant experience.

Bought this on a whim after reading about Baiju. I like neat spirits of any kind and this stuff is a delicious revelation. Slightly sweet, slightly earthy without overpowering the palate with alcohol harshness. Excellent complement to Asian food of any kind, I just enjoyed it with some sushi but it might be even better with Chinese roast duck or pork. I will definitely be buying more and also trying some of the other Chinese wines. Highly recommended!
