I adore champagne 🍾 have tried so very many over the years and this one is always still the favourite. Sometimes I try a new one and it's never as good and wish I had just bought my Pommery 🩷

I've never really liked Champagne all that much. In my opinion it's one of the most over-priced kinds of wine you can buy simply because it's Champagne. Usually if I want sparkling I will buy cava (outstanding value compared to Champagne), or maybe prosecco in a pinch. That being said, Pommery is one of the only Champagnes I've tried that I've actually enjoyed. If for whatever reason I find myself having to buy or drink Champagne, it will be Pommery. It's just much lighter and smoother than a lot of the other stuff out there, and it doesn't have that weird savoury, bread-y, almond-y stuff taking centre stage or that drying mouthfeel that I find in most champers. That being said, I'd still probably opt for cava first.

Very crisp, elegant taste. My all time favorite. Taste better when it is on special.
