Cascade Lager has a clean sharp character, exhibiting a slight estery note with good hop bitterness. Double malted with a high percentage of pale to malt gives Lager is bright golden colour. Full bodied malt beer with a crisp fresh hop character from the locally grown Pride of Ringwood. Brewed with Pride of Ringwood for bitterness, to provide ‘Blue’ with a clean, sharp taste. The dense white foam settles on the light golden lager. Light bread malt aroma and some fruity esters. Easy drinking and refreshing.
