So pleased to find a beautiful Australian sparking wine. This one is an absolute cracker. True notes of a french champagne, dry on the palate and beautiful to drink.

Better than your well known labels such as Mum and Moet. A real find. Dry with beautiful beads. A great wine under 40 dollars. Def worth a case!

First tried at Amaru restaurant.it was delightful as an aperitif and all at the table enjoyed it. So much so that we all subsequently purchased the wine at Dan M’s Excellent bead and great length. Surprisingly doesn’t include Pinot meunier.

Cloudy, fizzed like lemonade and then nothing. The bottle was part of an online order of two bottles of three different sparkling wines from Tasmania. I have visited the Stefano Lubiano Cellar Door in Tasmania and bought some still wines which were excellent so didn't expect this.

Shaky Memorial , Melbourne

Discovered Stefano Lubiana's sparkling wine at the Taste of Tasmania and it was definitely the standout from around 100 sparkling wines. Soft and delicious. Would make a great gift and stands up to champagnes three plus times the price.

Light in colour with a gold hue, this sparkling white is definitely worth investigating. Floral notes and traces of honey hit the nose, while a lengthy mineral finish ensure this one remains with you long after you've finished the glass.
