The muted hues of the Australian Bush marvelously contradict its cacophonous sound. The sound develops as the sun traverses the sky until the moon peeks over the horizon. Much like the complex notes of this Shiraz Cabernet, plum and berry flavours develop to give way to subtle spicy notes of integrated oak.
