This fine cool-climate Shiraz was matured in new American oak for a limited period of time with a small percentage of French oak. This wine has a great depth of flavour with excellent balance. Its spicy overtone puts this wine amongst the most preffered classic style of Shiraz, intensely flavoured, yet still showing finesse from cool climate viticulture. A soft, velvety wine that will age gracefully for up to 10 years.
