Advertised with a discounted price, so decided to give it a go for a special occasion. Tasted like it was on the verge of being ‘passed its time’. I won’t be doing that again!

Good value for money . I prefer a champagne not quite so dry and I am a very fussy drinker . I like the non vintage Sparkling Croser better but many may not .

This vintage was delicious, softly beaded with gentle sparkles. Very tasty. On par with many French Champagnes. Petaluma Chardonnay and Pinot grapes. An elegant drink. Happily purchase again and did , a 2016 Vintage. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not a good vintage for this usual stellar bubbly from the Hills. Petaluma usually provide a fine buubled (which this has) with a lovely buttery yet fruit driven nose. There was very little back of the tongue flavor with this vintage. The same night I tased an earlier vintage 2008 which was much bigger in the mouth. Maybe next year?

A complex, elegant and creamy vintage Croser with a nose redolent of honey and cashew and an alluring citrus lift. The palate shows wild strawberry Pinot characters alongside a more buttery nectarine Chardonnay.
