Just as the car I mention in my title is taken for granted in its home market but considered a luxury vehicle here in Australia, so Jacob's Creek Trilogy is something we Aussies tend to regard as run-of-the-mill while those in its export markets recognise it for what it is - a first-rate drop, based on the classic sparkling grape varieties that can hold its own with the best.

The sparkling wine never in the glossy promotional pamphlets because it does not need to be advertised My `wine learned colleagues turn their noses up everytime I bring a bottle to their homes but my wife and I know that this sparkling wine is completely to our taste and arguably competitive with much more expensive champagnes

As good as or, if not, better than some expensive French champagnes at a fraction of the cost.

Easy to drink, not sweet and sickly, great price and readily available.

Great tasting light bubbles to enjoy late afternoon onwards

I purchase this cuvee about every two/three weeks by the carton of six. It is a very light refreshing cuvee and is my favourite white wine for every day entertaining.
