A crisp dry style wine with plenty of delicate fresh florals and crunchy green apple flavours. A clean and textural wine with a lingering zesty citrus finish. Partial skin contact during fermentation in stainless steel tank. The unearthed wines are only made in exceptional years from single vineyard parcels.
