What are Appy Deals?

Appy Deals are great prices on your favourite drinks. Nice one.

Appy Deals are available while stock lasts. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on your location. Remember to set your location for accurate pricing. Appy Deals are not available on the BWS website.

Where do I find them?

You'll find them in the BWS app. Yep, deals in an app, called Appy Deals - stroke of genius.

You’ll also find them instore - just keep an eye out for blue tickets on our shelves. You will still need to scan the BWS App at the counter to get the Appy Deals instore.

Appy Deals are also available on DoorDash. Appy Deals products and their pricing available on DoorDash may differ from those available at BWS.

How do I get them?

In the BWS app

Find an Appy Deal, add it to your cart, and the savings are automatic. That applies for pick up and delivery.

In store

Find blue Appy Deal tickets on shelf, take your drinks to the counter and scan the Appy Deals card in the BWS app.

But what about Everyday Rewards you ask?

Link your Everyday Rewards Card in the BWS app, and you’ll also collect Everyday Rewards Points - win-win. You'll find a big orange button that says Link Now on the homepage of the BWS app.

Appy Deals On DoorDash

You must first download the BWS app and link your BWS online account to DoorDash (see below for instructions). Once linked, look for products that have an Appy Deals price. The savings will be automatically applied in your cart.

Please note: Everyday Rewards points are not available for purchases on DoorDash.

How do I link my BWS online and DoorDash accounts to access Appy Deals on DoorDash?

Linking your BWS online & DoorDash accounts is easy, simply:

  1. Visit the BWS page in DoorDash
  2. Select the Appy Deals logo in the top right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Enter your email address (the one you used to create your BWS online account) & select ‘Link Accounts’
  4. You'll see a confirmation screen when you have successfully linked and you'll also receive a BWS confirmation email
     

Before linking, ensure that you have:

  1. Downloaded the BWS app; and
  2. Created a BWS online account.

How do I unlink my BWS online & DoorDash accounts?

Unlinking your BWS Online & DoorDash accounts is easy, simply:

I didn't link my BWS online account with DoorDash. How do I remove my BWS online account from DoorDash?

If you have not linked your DoorDash & BWS online accounts, call DoorDash on 1800 958 316 and alert them.

It looks like items I have purchased via DoorDash are coming up as suggested drinks in my emails from BWS. Why is this?

Once you link your BWS online account with your DoorDash account, drink recommendations will be suggested from purchases you’ve made directly through BWS and DoorDash.

Will my personal data be shared between BWS and DoorDash?

By linking your BWS online account and DoorDash accounts, you agree that BWS will share your BWS online account number with DoorDash for the purposes of enabling linkage and that DoorDash may share BWS sales data back to BWS.

    • There’s a blue bar on the home page, select the ‘Save in store’ tab and press the show card button next to it. Or it’s on the account page, which is bottom right for those playing at home.
    • Nope, but who needs another card really? The BWS app has all the deals and everything you need to show in store.
    • If you’re shopping in the app to place a pick up or deliver order, simply link your Everyday Rewards account to the BWS app and you will automatically earn points when you redeem Appy Deals.

      When redeeming an Appy Deal in store, scan your Everyday Rewards card at the counter or if you’ve linked your Everyday Rewards account to the BWS app, you can scan the card from the BWS app, to collect Rewards points and get Appy deals in one scan.

      Note: Everyday Rewards points are not available for purchases on DoorDash.

    • You can access Appy Deals easily through the BWS App or in store - no BWS online account needed, even when shopping as a guest!
