This is probably the most scrumptious wine I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. I have no idea what happened with the wines that received negative reviews, perhaps there is inconsistent quality between vintages. That been said, the 2018 is outstanding, deep luscious purple colour, soft tannins, lots of gorgeous fruit. Just lovely.

Best before 2049 , ACT

Not much going for this wine. Quite hard finish and lack of fruit. Tried it again after 24 hours and no improvement. Now looking for sangria recipes but.probably destined for the sink. There seems to be so much malbec from Argentina these days it makes me wonder whether the quality at this price point has declined.

Zuccardi Seria A Malbec is an excellent example of this variety which thrives in Argentina. Dark berries with a hint of pepper on the nose, and a spicy, well structured palate with a touch of oak.
