I would recommend this to a friend!
Enjoy this warm, also makes great teriyaki sauce when blended with Kikkoman soy sauce and simmered/reduced down to make the glaze.
People comment how authentic this tastes compared to when they have had teriyaki chicken in Japan.

Kizakura Yamahi Jikomi is a mellow and soft sake. Semidry and rich in flavour, if you're not familiar with this fermented rice wine from Japan, this is an excellent choice as an introduction to the style.
