This was purchased as an ingredient for the Harmony Cocktail which we first enjoyed at the Remy Distillery in France. Strongly recommend everyone try a Harmony Cocktail.

Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac is a Fine Champagne Cognac known for an aromatic harmony of powerful elegance with notes of vanilla, dried apricot and candied pear. A balance of aromatic dried fruits and delicate liquorice give a complex flavour experience. Structured and layered. A rounded harmony of dried fruits, a satisfying mouthfeel and silky texture. <br>It's composed of eaux-de-vie exclusively from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne regions of Cognac, known for their exceptional aging potential. <br>The VSOP designation, meaning "Very Superior Old Pale," indicates the minimum aging period of 4 years.
