Looks more like dark apple juice than white wine, and tastes like something dredged out of the bottom of the barrel.

For cask wine this is really very enjoyable. We have tried other brands but to our taste non compare. Thank you Dan Murphy for supporting this product which BWS and Liquorland in our local area no longer stock so we now travel 10 km there and back to buy it from DM but it's worth the trip.

Really like this wine. 2 ltr cask $11 is good value.The wine is also available in 1 Ltr bottles for about $10 so cask is good value. I like it because it is heavy and you can trace the pomelo fruit. It is not a sweet fruity wine.

There is Chardonnay written on the cask .... How pretentious.... Could be anything . Neutral . No fruit at all . No nothing . Just an alcoholic drink called wine .
