As a type I diabetic I can say this apple cider is one that I can safely have without the need for industrial doses of insulin, it’s my go to summer drink

The sugar content in pre mixes ! No ! Too much ! Way too much sugar in pre-mixes, and cost of pre-mixes, the premix strength is good but just way too much sugar, 5 seeds is my way of chilling down after the working day and stopping the pre-mix companies dictating my sugar consumption
